contact
How to reach a person at your company, with the channels you listed.
Where to find a person. When a user needs someone — they ask for one, or it is something only a person can do — the copilot answers what it can and then shows contact: a title, a line of why, and the ways to reach your team.
It is not a chat with a person, and the copilot does not hand anyone over. It never says someone is joining and never gives a wait time or a name: it shows how to reach you, and the user does the reaching.
Re-rendered in the browser from the SDK’s own scales. Not a screenshot.
Only your channels
The channels come from Settings → Contact channels in the console: a phone line, an email address, a help page, with the hours someone answers. The model is shown that list and nothing else, and the server checks every channel in a contact block against it before the block leaves; a channel it does not list hides the block. An app with no channels is never offered contact at all.
Props
Every block also carries type and a required fallback_text of 1 to 300 characters.

Interaction
call opens the dialler with the number filled in, email the mail app with the address, url the page. Nothing is sent or dialled without the user.
