Partner agreement

Draft of 2026-11-01. It binds once you sign it in your partner panel.

1. Who we are

This agreement is between you and the Rendel company that signs with you: Neon Apps Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi for a partner in Türkiye, Neon Apps LLC for everyone else. The Rendel company that collected a client's payment may pay the commission on it.

2. What you do

You introduce companies to Rendel. You are not our agent and cannot sign or promise anything for us. You have no territory and no exclusivity, and neither do we.

3. What you earn

For each client credited to you, you earn a share of what the client pays Rendel in the first 12 months from its first payment, net of tax, refunds and chargebacks: 15% for Starter and Growth, 10% for Scale, and for Enterprise 7.5% of the first $50,000, 5% of the next $100,000 and 3% above. Build work does not count.

4. Who is credited

A client is credited to you when it registers or books a demo within 90 days of your registration, your link or your code. The first accepted registration of a company wins. Companies that are already our clients or that we are already talking to, and your own company or group, are not credited. A person on our team decides every referral in good faith; you may ask us to look again within 30 days.

5. Payment

Each payment counts after a 30-day hold. We send a statement each month; you invoice us for it as a referral commission, and we pay within 15 days of a correct invoice once your balance passes $100. Between Turkish companies the amount is in Turkish lira. A refund or a chargeback after payment is taken from your next statement.

6. How you promote Rendel

Say clearly that you are paid when you publish about Rendel. Do not bid on the Rendel name in ads, use look-alike names or domains, send unsolicited messages, claim features, prices or certificates Rendel does not have, or suggest a tie to us beyond this agreement.

7. Data and confidentiality

When you register a company you confirm that you may share its contact with us. Keep our prices, plans and client information confidential for three years after this agreement ends.

8. Changes and ending

We tell you 30 days before a change to these terms; a change applies only to clients credited after it. Either of us may end this agreement with 30 days' notice. Commission earned before the end is paid; for fraud or a breach of section 6, unpaid commission lapses.

9. Liability and law

Neither of us is liable for indirect loss, and our liability is capped at the commission paid to you in the last 12 months. Turkish law applies, and the Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts decide disputes. Records in our systems are evidence of what happened. For a Turkish partner the Turkish text binds.
