Sell the right roaming pass when a customer says where they are going

Last updated 13 October 2026

A customer says where they are going and for how long. Rendel reads the passes from your API, answers with the one that covers the trip and its price, and adds it through your endpoint once the customer confirms.

The answer is the offer

The customer does not browse a list of passes. The answer names the one that fits the trip, with its allowance and price, and adding it is one confirmed tap.

In Kestrel, a demo app

Asked: “I'm going to Germany for a week. Add a roaming pass”

Answered: For a week in Germany, the Europe 7-day pass covers you: 5 GB for 7 days at €9.00. Neither pass renews.

Questions

Does it add anything on its own?

No. Adding a pass changes the customer's plan, so it waits for their confirmation on a card your action defines.
